Expectations
These tailor made consultations last no longer than 20 minutes, where
you will receive a welcome pack with all the information you need to know
from instructors qualifications, recommendations, goal setting, philosophies,
prices to programmes and much much more. With the instructor finding out
your needs, requirements and what benefits you would like to receive. You
will then be given a 20 minute introductory lesson on a one to one basis
with one of our friendly instructors, making you feel more than at ease,
to finally giving you the chance to watch the last part of the class to
see if you are happy with everything, as well as the tuition.
We will then ask you to come back for a full hour, joined in with the class
to see if this is for you, before committing to anything.
There is no pressure to commit throughout any of your consultation and introductory
lessons.

Relaxed Atmosphere
With our programmes we address issues in a fun and learning environment, using influence, rather than authority, with amazing results. We aim to give the greatest gift of all CONFIDENCE. We do not put pressure on you to be the same as the next student, as everyone is different. What is best for you may not be best for others, so we develop each and every student to be their own personal best, not to be THE best.
Fitness Goals
Progress in Sue Fell schools is carefully judged for each member via a defined series of goals and objectives. Students will be tested regularly and their improvement in all area's assessed by a qualified instructor. We will plan each step of the way for you with all dates knowing what you are working towards "the goals you set are the goals you get". All our instructors are dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic into helping you.
Enjoyment
Our schools have a relaxed, friendly but professional atmosphere where we aim to develop a personal and constructive relationship between the students and instructors, making your time with us an enjoyable one. Sometimes the hardest part to your training is turning up, depending on what kind of a day you have had, but once you have been, you're glad you turned up as your endorphins have kicked in making you feel on top of the world.
Benefits
To do this, we highly recommend that you attend training at least twice a week. To really get the most from your course and your fitness, we also advise that you attend consistently, making it part of your normal weekly schedule, as you won't just see the benefits, you will feel them as well.
