In todays society no one can afford to have time off work nursing injuries, bruises, black eyes. therefore a system has been put into place where 'we punch pads not people'!

Sue Fell kickboxing realises a majority of women would like to tone up, get fit, increase confidence, rather than the contact side on people, but would like to learn the martial arts.

The martial arts has a positive influence and inspires many an individual. Therefore we perfom alot of technical work, shadow work, working both hands and legs, with boxing and footwork drills, self-defence, cardio vascular, circuit training, very light contact with sparring to where you will come out feeling on top of the world, at the same time going away with reaching your goals and reaching accolades such as a diploma in the Martial Arts.

Martial Arts is about self control, concentration, discipline and focus.

There are though a few exceptions to the rules where Sue Fell Kickboxing does have a team of fighters who do want the physical contact as we do cater for everybody's needs, however big or small. This is a minority of students that like this kind of training, however it does have amazing results.
